Macro-perforated stretch film
Macro-perforated stretch film is designed for protecting products that require air flow. The perforation prevents condensation of water vapour, the growth of bacteria and mould. Macro-perforated stretch film enables rapid cooling, drying of palletized products and prevents their overheating. The film is made of polythene (PE). There is a manual and an automatic version with guaranteed pre-stretch to 150%. The method of perforation is adapted to the type of products packed, so as to provide optimal air flow and protection against damage (film for flowers, film for heavy loads).

Palletisation net
Designed as an excellent alternative to stretch film, palletisation net protects food, including fruits and vegetables, flowers and other products which may be damaged during transport. Net for palletisation is an efficient and cost-effective financial solution for packaging and protecting products that can be damaged by condensation under the conditions of transport and storage. It provides good ventilation, at the same time ensuring stability of the pallet. The net is easy to use and can be used both for manual and automatic packaging.

STRETCH FILMS

Stretch films are the most popular method of securing cargo stored on pallets. Strong, flexible film protects loads from moisture, rain, dirt, theft and the possibility of slipping from the palette.
They are characterized by :
• high resistance to puncture and tear,
• high transparency
• excellent extendibility
• quiet unwinding during packaging.
Manual stretch film
The most common method of securing loads on pallets. Strong, flexible film securing cargo against external factors and the possibility of slipping during palletisation. The specific product offered by us is a manual stretch film of 100mm width. Small, convenient rolls of stretch film allow for small packages and cargo. At the same time they retain the same properties as the standard roll of film.
Standard film on stock – transparent. Other colours (black, white) also available. Level of film stretch available 150%.
