We offer a wide variety of mono and multilayer films used both for lidding films for MAP packaging as well as for flow-pack systems and vacuum bags. Films may be either solvent or solvent free laminated . PA, BOPA, BOPP, PET and AL are used as carrier materials and depending on the requirements for the packaged product may be additionally enriched with EVOH barrier, ALox, antifog, peel or reclose system.

Our films may be printed in flexography up to 8 colours (in high definition) as well as  in rotogravure up to 10 colours. Depending on the package system used, films may be laminated with different sealing layers such as polythene, which may be additionally enriched with a layer a metallocene and polypropylene.

The typical structures of films are: BOPA/PE, PET/PE, PET/EVOH/PE, PET/PP, PET/PSP for sealing with trays made of many polymers A-PET, PP, PS, PET/PE reclose.

We off er heat sealable barrier fi lms for food packaging on trays and containers. They are designed for sealing with all packaging materials including APET, C-PET, PS, PVC, PP, PE and aluminium trays. Our fi lms could be used for ready meals, ready salads, fresh and frozen meat, fi sh, soups, dairy products, powders, pasta and oily substances. Polylid fi lms are suitable for heating in microwave or oven by the end user. Certain types are also suitable for use in pasteurization/sterilization process.
